1. Manager( Marketing & Sales) : One post
2. Deputy Manager( Marketing & Sales) : One post
3. Deputy Manager( Finance) – One post

Qualifications:-

1. Manager( Marketing & Sales) : BE/BTech in Civil
2. Deputy Manager( Marketing & Sales) : BE/BTech in Civil
3. Deputy Manager( Finance) : CA/ICWA

Desirable Qualifications:-

1. Manager( Marketing & Sales) : Post Graduate qualification in Structural Engineering/ Building Technology or MBA(Marketing)/PGDM(Marketing). 

Experience:-

1. Manager( Marketing & Sales) = Minimum ten years post qualification experience
2. Deputy Manager( Marketing & Sales) = Minimum five years post qualification experience of execution
3. Deputy Manager( Finance) = 5 years post qualification experience in the field.

Emoluments:-

1. Manager( Marketing & Sales) = Rs.50000/- per month with 5% annual increment. 
2. Deputy Manager( Marketing & Sales) = Rs.30,000/- per month with 5% annual increment
3. Deputy Manager( Finance) = Rs.30,000/- per month with 5% annual increment. 

Age:-

1. Manager( Marketing & Sales) = The maximum age is 45 years as on 1.5.2014. Candidate should be born on or after 01/05/1969
2. Deputy Manager( Marketing & Sales) =  The maximum age is 35 years as on 1.5.2014. Candidate should be born on or after 01/05/1969.
3. Deputy Manager( Finance) = The maximum age is 35 years as on 1.5.2014. Candidate should be born on or after 01/05/1969.
